What does it mean when an item is "Sold Out?" Can/will it be restocked?
- All items on our site are custom made in-house and can be replicated, however, with variation to preserve design uniqueness for each of our clients .

How do I place a custom order?
-We have two convenient options to place a custom order: 


*Customer Service Representative:
- Speak with Customer Support at 804.504.1743 to place an order.

*Virtual
appointment:
- Contact Customer Support and leave a voicemail with your contact info (Name, Phone#) and the best time to return your call.  A brief description of your custom vision would be helpful to the designer that will respond within 48 hours.

What is your exchange/refund policy?
- All items are made to order and therefore a final sale. 

How soon will my order ship?
- Custom orders shipping time will vary according to design complexity.  Most orders will ship within 15 business days?  If a standard inventory order is not received in that time frame, please contact Customer Support at 804.504.1743.
